Within our online store, we sell Dermologica Skin Care products as well as gift certificates for all of our hair studio and day spa services and treatments.

As you browse through our site you may choose more than one product to order. As you order each product a form will popup showing your current order and totals. Note that our server will automatically empty your cart after a prolonged period of inactivity (if you leave your computer for awhile) and you may have to find your products again.

For both the skin care products and gift certificates you will need to choose if your would like the item to be mailed or if you will be picking it up from our studio. Some of our salon treatments have add-on services that you can select or particular scents and flavors.

When you have finished shopping, simply click on the "checkout" button to finish the ordering process. You will be taken to an information form where you will be required to enter your name, address, phone and email information.

Note that fields marked with an asterisk are required fields and don't forget to include the area code for your phone number. If you wish your products or gift certificate to be sent directly to the recipient, simply fill in the alternate shipping address.

Once you have entered your contact information, you need to select a payment method.

Payment Methods

Credit Card: when you click on checkout you will be taken to our secure payment form which will show the amount owing (with applicable taxes if Canadian) and you will be able to enter your credit card information. When you click on checkout, the order will be uploaded to our secure database and you will receive an automatic confirmation of the order via email. We will confirm the final total with you prior to processing. (There is no shipping for gift certificate purchases however shipping will be calculated and added on for skin care product purchases.) Note that credit cards are never charged until the day your order is shipped.

EMail: With this method when you click on checkout you will be taken to a final total form where you can click to send the order. There is no opportunity in this form to enter your credit card info. You can phone us with your credit card information or you may pay by certified cheque or money order. Just indicate your method of payment after we send your confirmation email.

Once we have received your order we will calculate the total including shipping and then send you a confirmation prior to processing your credit card payment.

Payment Methods: All prices listed on our site are in Canadian Funds. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Cash and Interac are accepted at the Studio.

Sales Tax: There are no sales taxes applicable to customers located in the US or the rest of the world. Sales tax applies only to residents of Canada. Sales Tax (HST) of 12% will apply to residents of Canada.

 

Store Policies

Skincare Consultation: Our services include a free skin care consultation either in person or via email. With our years of experience we can let you know what will work best for you. In order to give you the best advice via email we will need as much pertinent informtion as possible regarding your existing regimen and the products you currently are using as well your skin type, allergies/sensitivities, race, age and any skin problems you may be experiencing.

Product Availability: Most of our skin care items are in stock and ready to be shipped by the next business day. If a product is unavailable or on order we will let you know in the confirmation email the expected date of shipping. Your credit card will not be charged until the day we ship your order.

Gift certificates are made to order and addressed to the recipient.

Return and Exchange Policy: Please call us at 1-250-562-1239 or email prior to returning or exchanging products so we can track the process better. We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping. Simply send back the damaged products with a copy of the receipt. Unopened products or products which cause an allergic reaction can also be returned with a copy of the receipt for a full refund. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
